We operate a state-of-the-art, 6000 sq. ft. integrated fabrication, and testing facility in Virar, Maharashtra. Our facility is designed to deliver high-quality unit operation equipment engineered to meet stringent ASME standards. In addition to working with stainless steel grades SS-304 and SS-316, we specialize in fabricating equipment using advanced materials such as Hastelloy C-276, Inconel, Duplex Steel, and Titanium, ensuring durability and performance in demanding applications. Our manufacturing capabilities are enhanced by Argon (TIG) welding stations, a plasma profile cutting facility, heavy-duty lathes, and precision drilling machines. We also house a dedicated testing unit to maintain strict quality assurance and ensure optimal performance of all fabricated equipment.
